香港資優教育教師協會、君培資優教育於2022年10月3日在中華基督教會基朗中學為中四及中五級同學舉辦資優教育專題分享，主題為「提升創意及解難能力」。資優分享會在禮堂進行，由「創意及解難能力」一分鐘影片揭開序幕，互動及答問環節精彩絕倫，同學的提問更見深度，足見他們的智慧、分析能力及對事物的敏銳觸覺。眨眼就過了一小時，同學皆十分投入是次資優分享會，無不津津樂道。
When we talk about Creativity, what’s your first thought from your mind ?
It’s the ability to produce or use original, non-traditional and unusual ideas, so ones may say, “Too many rules might deaden creativity.”
Creativity also refers to the ability of coming up with new and exciting ideas. For example, “When a painter creates a beautiful artwork, it can be an innovative masterpiece that no one has ever made it before.”
Problem-solving skills help you determine why an issue is happening and how to resolve that issue. Problem-solving skills also help solve issues quickly and effectively. Such skills require quickly identifying the underlying issue and implementing a solution.
Creativity & Problem-solving skills are the first two important components in gifted education.
